Refundable
We accept returns, replacements, and refunds only within 15 days from the delivery date.
For return or replacement requests, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
All products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition with tags still attached.
Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for return or replacement.
If we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we will refund shipping and delivery charges.
If there are size issues or defects, please provide photos of the product before initiating a return or replacement.
Non-Refundable
Sale & Discounted products are non-refundable, unless the product has a defect.
Made-to-measure or customized leather products cannot be returned or replaced.
Products that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
We discourage ordering different items for trial purposes and selecting only one for return.
How to Return?
If your product is eligible for return, replacement, or refund, please follow these steps:
Request Approval: Begin by requesting a return or replacement. Include your name, order number, and email address used during the order. If the product is defective, please attach photos of the defect.
Approval Process: Our team will respond within 48 working hours to approve your return and provide you with a return address.
Return Shipment: Once approved, please use a trackable delivery service to return the item, ensuring your return is protected during transit.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed up to 10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
